Ninja Masked Man! – (4-7yo)

It’s Ninja Masked Man!!! He’s a ninja super hero sharing the idea of having a positive attitude by being excited about wearing gloves and a mask! In this video Ninja Masked Man helps Mr. Drath out by teaching the three new 4-7 year old movement sets!

1st Set – Ninja Masked Set

• Outward Chop – (left hand)
• Palm Strike – (right hand)
• Elbow Strike – (left elbow)
• Backfist – (left hand)
• Double Punch – (right then left)
• Front kick (either leg)

2nd Set – Masked Warrior Set

• Hands Up
• Shin Block – (left leg)
• Shin Block – (right leg)
• Front or Push Kick – (left leg)
• Double Palm Strike (left then right)
• Knee Strike – (Right knee – both hands grab above then pull down into the knee strike)
• Jump Knee Strike – (Left knee – both hands grab above then pull down into the jump knee strike)

3rd Set – Power Glove Set

• Punch – (left hand)
• Elbow Strike – (left elbow)
• Backfist – (left hand)
• Low Punch – (right hand)
• Backfist – (right hand)
• Elbow Strike – (left elbow to right palm)
• Step back – (lead/left foot steps to the back)
• Crescent Kick – (left leg)
